Responsibilities

Site Real Estate & Facilities management co-ordination which includes :

• Manage Facilities, Housekeeping, Security, Electrical staff & Office support management
• Housekeeping, pantry & Cafeteria supplies
• Stationery & other office supplies
• Vendor management, AMCs, Agreements, Invoice & payment co-ordination
• CCTV & Access Control systems
• Co-ordination with Building management team
• Security Badges management for employees & visitors
