Production Support Engineer

• Experience of leading production support teams across multiple applications.
• Experience with ASP.NET, C#, .NET core, SQL, Azure DevOps and App Insights is a must.
• Should have good knowledge of ETL, Angular, DB monitoring, script optimization, app monitoring & alerting tools.
• Experience of working with SNOW ticketing tool and handling change requests.
• Experience of handling end to end change management and supporting app releases in collaboration with other Project teams.
• Good communication and willingness to skill up with new tools, automation frameworks and tech to better support & monitor apps.
• Work in rotational shifts, rostering of team members shifts and support team with Technical & Functional aspects.
