Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet acquisition, conversion, and ROI goals.
• Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, and other platforms.
• Optimize campaigns through A / B testing, bid and budget management, and creative testing.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and user experience.
• Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Mixpanel) to generate insights and inform strategy.
• Report on campaign performance and present recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital ad platforms and performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.
• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for optimization and results
