Location : Whitefield, Bangalore

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience : 5-7 years in core finance, accounting, compliance & treasury

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced hashtag#FinanceLeader to manage and streamline end-to-end finance operations, reporting, compliance, and treasury functions while driving automation and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Finance Operations :

GL management, reconciliations, and accurate monthly closures
Journal entries, accruals, intercompany reconciliations
Audit coordination and compliance with IND-AS / IFRS / US GAAP
Internal control implementation and SOP development

US Finance :

Coordinate US payroll & tax filings (Forms 1099, W-2, 1040, 1120, etc.)

Liaise with CPAs, insurance brokers, legal & tax consultants

Renew insurance policies and manage US compliance

Treasury Management :

Deploy surplus funds into liquid investments

Strengthen banking relations and manage treasury operations

Accounts Payable :

Approve vendor payments and radiologist fee calculations

Real-time expense accounting and creditor reconciliations

Accounts Receivable :

Oversee billing accuracy and collections

Ensure correct pricing, rate master maintenance, and timely follow-ups

Statutory Compliance :

DT, TDS, GST, PF, PT, ROC, RBI, STPI - Ensure timely filings & zero non-compliance

Support audits, assessments & coordinate with Monthly / Quarterly / Annual financial statements & MIS

Budgeting, forecasting & dashboards in PPT
