Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Implementation & Analytics Specialist to support marketing and
product teams in setting up, validating, and maintaining analytics infrastructure. The ideal
candidate will have deep technical knowledge of GA4 and Segment.io, a strong QA discipline,
and the ability to generate meaningful reports and insights from digital data.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day BAU implementation and QA tasks.
- Support new product launches with complete analytics setup.
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure campaign tagging and reporting are in place.
- Execute analytics QA using tools and browser-based debugging methods.
- Configure dashboards and conduct ad hoc analysis to support business teams.
- Maintain documentation and best practices for implementation and tracking governance.
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years in web / digital analytics implementation and reporting.Hands-on experience with GA4 event setup, custom dimensions, and reporting logic.Strong working knowledge of Segment.io and data pipeline configuration.Familiarity with tag management platforms (GTM, Adobe Launch, etc.) is a plus.Excellent QA habits and a detail-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration.Technology Platforms & Tools
