Als First Line Manager bij Service Market Logistics kom je terecht in het grootste distributiecentrum van Volvo Group wereldwijd. Je vindt hier onderdelen van al onze merken van vrachtwagens, bouwmachines, bussen en scheeps-en industriemotoren. • Als chte people manager zorg je voor de nodige opleiding, begeleiding en motivatie van jouw team
• Je bent dan ook verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele leiding van jouw team en werkt samen met hen aan het behalen van belangrijke KPIs : safety, quality, cost, delivery, environment en people
• Wisselende omstandigheden? Geen probleem, jij cordineert en organiseert de activiteiten op een efficinte manier
• Als First Line Manager ben je de drijvende kracht voor het continu verbeteren van processen en resultaten.
• Bovendien treed je graag als back up First Line Manager op als het nodig is. Zo begeleid je andere teams, neem je verantwoordelijkheden over n leer je verschillende processen kennen.
