Good to have skills : working knowledge on Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure functions, Logic app workflows, Log analytics and Azure DevOps.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Azure Data Engineer / Databricks Developer to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building robust, scalable, and efficient data solutions using Azure cloud services and Apache Spark on Databricks . You will be instrumental in developing end-to-end data pipelines that support advanced analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Databricks , Azure Data Factory , Azure SQL , and other Azure services.
• Write efficient PySpark / Spark SQL code for data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment.
• Implement data ingestion from various sources including structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Optimize data processing workflows for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate with data analysts, and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver high-quality datasets.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance using Azure-native tools.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment of data solutions using DevOps practices.
