Admission Manager – PGDM Program

Location : Greater Noida | Full-Time

Accurate Group of Institutions is looking for a highly driven and experienced Admission Manager exclusively for our PGDM program .

Candidates with prior experience in PGDM / MBA admissions from reputed management institutions will be given first preference.

This is a strictly target-oriented role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions & Target Achievement

Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets for the PGDM program.

Handle complete admission funnel : lead generation → counselling → conversion → enrollment.

Strategize and execute conversion plans to maximize admissions.

2. Lead Management & Counselling

Manage leads from digital sources, walk-ins, events, and channel partners.

Provide detailed counselling on PGDM curriculum, placements, international tours, pedagogy, campus life & fee structure.

Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and CRM to ensure high conversion.

3. Consultant & Channel Partner Coordination

Build strong relationships with consultants handling PGDM / MBA admissions.

Regularly update partners on incentives, leads, events, and admission progress.

4. Outreach & Branding

Participate in education fairs, seminars, corporate visits, and student outreach activities.

Support marketing team with student psychology insights and admission trends.

5. Documentation & Coordination

Ensure all documents are complete before enrollment.

Coordinate with finance, academics, hostel, and operations for student onboarding.

Required Experience & Skills

Mandatory : Experience in PGDM / MBA admissions from a management institution.

Strong target-oriented mindset with proven conversion performance.

3–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling or business development roles in education.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Experience handling high-volume leads and working with consultants.

Qualification

Graduate + MBA / PGDM preferred.
