• . Responsible for the management of all research assignments through external suppliers and internal departments
• . Ensuring that the projects are carried out in accordance with budget, time and company's quality standards
• . Participate in all project kickoff meetings for all assigned studies
• . Responsible for training and supporting employees within the team to facilitate communications, troubleshooting and issue resolution
• . Insighting - Implicating - Decking
• . Insights on brand strategy, thought leadership research
• . Develop new and modern techniques in customer insights
• . Research on respective product categories and customer segments
• . Designing research methodology
• . Convert research outputs in usable format
• . Taking new, old, secondary research and craft actionable insights aligned to the business objectives
• . Communicate insights from research through reports and presentations to ensure clear understanding of information
