We're looking for a highly organized Digital Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end orchestration of our digital releases-from website updates to campaign launches.
This role ensures cross-functional coordination across content, SEO, development, analytics, and paid media teams to deliver timely, optimized, and high-impact digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Digital Release Management :
- Own the digital release calendar, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage all workflow steps : content, SEO, dev, QA, analytics, campaign alignment, and approvals.
- Ensure on-time, error-free go-lives for website updates and digital campaigns.
Quality & Site Performance :
Run pre-launch QA using SEMrush, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights.Ensure SEO, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and performance standards.Monitor post-launch uptime, site speed, and technical health.Cross-Functional Alignment :
Lead weekly syncs with content, SEO, dev, analytics, and media.Act as the central communication hub and blocker escalator.Maintain SOPs, checklists, and documentation for release processes.Continuous Improvement :
Conduct post-launch retrospectives and implement learnings.Track performance metrics and integrate insights into future cycles.Align marketing and product roadmaps for visibility and delivery.Key Metrics :
On-time release rate.Website load speed, SEO error rate.Bounce rate, session duration, conversion metrics.Roadmap delivery rate and stakeholder satisfaction.Bug resolution time.What You Bring :
6+ years in digital program / project management or web ops.Strong grasp of SEO, GA4, GTM, UTM tagging, CMS workflows.Proficient in QA and performance tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed).Experience with Asana, Notion, Jira, or Trello.Excellent communication, proactive mindset, and process improvement skills.Tools You'll Use :
