Key Responsibilities : - Configuration : Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.- Implementation : Assist in SAP FICO module implementation for both new and existing clients. Provide support during the design, testing, and deployment phases.- Business Process Analysis : Analyse and understand the financial processes of the organization and develop optimized solutions.- Support : Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO post-implementation issues.- User Training : Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.- Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed documentation on configurations, customizations, and procedures.- Integration : Work with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of the SAP FICO system with other business processes.- Testing : Coordinate and perform testing of SAP FICO functionalities to ensure system integrity and business requirements are met.Preferred Skills : - 3 to 4 years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.- Strong knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules and integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and HR.- Familiarity with key financial accounting processes FI, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and general ledger, parallel ledger accounting, document splitting.- Familiarity with key financial accounting processes CO, such cost centre accounting, profit centre accounting, internal order, budgeting, product cost planning, COPA.- Experience with SAP S / 4HANA is a plus.- Proficient in business process mapping and documentation.- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Qualifications : - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.- SAP FICO certification is preferred.
