Digital Marketing Project Manager Manager.

Band : Pune.

Shift : Shift Details : Night shifts from 6 : 30 PM to 4 : 00 AM (initially working from the office for six to eight months before transitioning to a hybrid model).

Team Size : 50-55 people, with 5-8 direct reporties.

Client and Business Practices :

Client from the fashion industry and their business practices, including email and SMS management, content management, print media, and project management.

Client is based out in US and this is the first time they are outsourcing these business processes.

Role Requirements : For a digital marketing role, we need candidates with experience in both email marketing and digital marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage international clients and a team of 50-55 people.

Communication Skills : Strong, since the candidate will be dealing with international clients.

Role Expectations :

• Marketing Activities : Candidate should understand and manage various marketing activities and sub-activities, ensuring they align with business requirements.
• The candidate should be able to monitor and review work volume on a day-to-day basis, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Experience in project management is crucial, as the candidate will need to handle tasks without conventional tools and ensure smooth operations.
• Extensive team management experience is preferred, candidates with experience managing smaller teams may also be considered.
• The candidate will need to coordinate across various departments, including marketing, content management, and print media, ensuring all activities are interconnected and aligned.
