Job Title : Design / Business / Studio Director

Location : India (Relocation Required)

Type : Full-Time | Leadership Role

Reports To : Founder & CEO

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Director —an expatriate professional with a strong architectural or design background and a proven track record of leading creative studios. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, global exposure, and a passion for design-led innovation. You will work closely with the founder to drive strategic growth, lead high-impact projects, and expand our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the studio’s design and business strategy practice across international markets.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on vision, operations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional creative and commercial outcomes.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with global clients, partners, and collaborators.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion into new markets and service areas.
  • Represent the studio at global design forums, conferences, and client engagements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Expatriate professional open to relocating to India.
  • Qualified architect or equivalent design professional with 15–20 years of experience .
  • Demonstrated leadership in running or scaling a design studio or creative consultancy.
  • Strong global exposure with experience working across diverse cultural and business contexts.
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
