About the Role
We’re seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in enabling go-to-market teams to operate more efficiently, make informed decisions, and drive predictable growth. You'll work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to uncover insights, track performance, and support strategic planning through data.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze GTM performance across the funnel - from lead to renewal, to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Write and maintain SQL queries to support pipeline, forecasting, and retention analyses
- Build and automate reports in Excel / Google Sheets to support weekly business reviews and revenue planning.
- Maintain and improve reporting dashboards for Leadership MIS, sales, marketing, and customer success KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, track performance, and present actionable insights.
- Maintain sales compensation tables and measure effectiveness of these comp structures.
- Work with CRM and GTM systems (HubSpot, Chargebee) to extract insights and ensure data hygiene.
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years of experience in a business, revenue, or sales operations analyst role - ideally at a SaaS company.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, dynamic modeling) and SQL (e.g., joins, filters, aggregations)Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and how GTM teams use themStrong business acumen - comfortable with pipeline metrics, conversion rates, funnel analysis, and revenue attributionA structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsClear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholdersBonus : Experience with Warehousing (GCP), BI tools (e.g., Looker) and GTM platforms like Clari.Why Join Us
