Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio tools including :

• OmniScripts
• FlexCards
• Integration Procedures
• DataRaptors

Build highly customizable front-end components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) .

Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using RESTful APIs , Apex callouts , and external services .

Participate in the full software development lifecycle from discovery to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices in security , scalability , and performance .

Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and architects to convert business requirements into technical designs.

Create and maintain data models , custom metadata , and ensure clean and optimized data flow across systems.

Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and reusability efforts.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues in production and non-production environments.

Contribute to agile ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Can work from Anywhere in India. Should be able to Travel to Jaipur / Pune / Hyderabad once in a month. Candidates who can work from Pune, Jaipur and Hyderabad will be given preference
