Position : Marketplace lead

Job Overview : Hiring an experienced and passionate Marketplace Lead to manage and grow the brand presence on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, and ensuring excellent customer experience and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute platform-specific sales and growth strategies.
- Set and track sales targets, market share, and share of voice.
- Manage product catalogue, pricing, and content to boost discoverability and conversion.
- Oversee inventory health and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Plan and optimize PPC advertising campaigns and promotional events.
- Analyze performance metrics (GMV, TACoS, AOV, returns) and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers, logistics, and internal teams.
- Negotiate platform fees, advertising budgets, and promotional schedules.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain high seller ratings through quality assurance and customer feedback management.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
