About the Role :
Were looking for a high-ownership leader to build and scale our Professional Services business from the ground up. This person will have deep, hands-on experience across delivery, client engagement, and internal operations, having grown from an individual contributor to managing full-scale service functions.
They will own everything from pre-sales scoping to delivery and staffing, client communications, and internal coordination across product and engineering Responsibilities :
- Build the professional services P&L from scratch
- Create repeatable delivery playbooks and services models
- Track utilization, margins, and client success metrics
- Lead client discussions for scoping, proposal writing, and SoW negotiation
- Understand client workflows deeply and tailor delivery plans accordingly
- Own timelines, commercials, and delivery commitments end-to-end
- Hire and lead a high-caliber services team
- Mentor ICs and build pods around verticals or geographies
- Forecast resource needs based on sales pipeline
- Work closely with product, engineering, and support for smooth execution
- Translate client requirements into internal tasks with clarity
- Drive prioritization between custom and standard product :
- 8+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or implementation
- Started career as an IC (project manager, consultant, analyst) and grown into leadership
- Experience at a tech services firm, agency, or registered Workday / Salesforce / ERP partner
- Strong client-facing skills with ability to scope and close complex deals
- Operationally hands-on can both lead and :
- Prior experience in IT services environments
- Understanding of enterprise software (Workday, Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
- Familiarity with India-US cross-border services delivery
- Has dealt with contracts, compliance, and certifications (e.g., Workday registered agency)
