Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage client relationships, and expand staffing solutions across the domestic market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in staffing and recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions IT
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize service agreements.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a BDM in the staffing or recruitment industry.Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.Knowledge of staffing models : contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
