Job Overview
System Administrator would be responsible for handling first level support of service requests in a professional and timely manner This relates to all technology, including workstations, printers, networks, user account management, and vendor specific hardware and software.
Job Responsibilities
- Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis.
- Desktop connectivity troubleshooting
- Application installation and support
- Printer installation and support
- Client VPN installation and support
- Microsoft Office Suite Support
- Desktop antimalware administration and resolution
- Active Directory user management and troubleshooting
- Exchange / Office 365 user management and troubleshooting
Must Haves
Good conceptual understanding of Windows desktop OSAt least 2 years of Windows desktop end-user technical supportExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsAdded Advantage
Experience with AD and O365 administrationMCSA, AZ-900 or Network+, ITIL foundationSkills Required
