Assistant Business Operations

Sikich is seeking a Business Operations - Assistant with 1-3 years of related experience. The ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge of Business Administration, Operations, and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather contract information and accurately enter key contract data points into Sikich’s Project Management system (Oracle) to enable accurate client billing and revenue recognition.
• Assist in processing contract updates (i.e. change orders) and resolving client billing issues in conjunction with Billing team.
• Performs administrative updates within the Project Management system, as directed.
• Assist in running reports to audit inputs, validate information.
• Manage issues via a centralized ticketing board.
• Create / Update numerous reports within Excel for analysis.
• Other special projects as needed.
• Reports to Manager, within the Finance organization. Frequent interactions / coordination with business leaders, Finance / Accounting, and Legal functions in the business.
