About the Role
Coordinate end-to-end international travel for HCL India and offshore employees.
Responsibilities
Research and compare global travel & hotel options to ensure cost-effective and efficient bookings.
Handle international hotel bookings, negotiate corporate rates, and manage hotel contracting.
Use GDS tools (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) for international flight search, ticketing, and itinerary management.
Liaise with travel agencies and employees to ensure seamless international travel planning.
Ensure bookings adhere to approved budgets and travel policies.
Assist employees with specialized or urgent travel needs.
Manage and monitor company travel credit cards, loyalty programs, and frequent flyer details.
Reconcile international airline and hotel invoices with accuracy.
Comfortable working in a 24×7 environment.
Qualifications
Experience : 6+ Years
Required Skills
Hands-on expertise in GDS tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience in international travel management, including international hotel bookings and hotel contracting.
