About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence (BI) Customer Support Team.
In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in supporting our internal users by providing data-driven insights, managing data access, and developing essential dashboards.
You will work within a dynamic environment, addressing a variety of data-related challenges and contributing directly to the team's ability to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly and accurately to user inquiries regarding data, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Manage and maintain access controls for Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring data security and proper user permissions.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Tableau dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks using SQL and Python to prepare data for analysis and reporting.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
- Assist in data quality initiatives, identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
Required Skills :
Strong proficiency in SQL : Ability to write complex queries, perform data manipulation, and optimize database performance.Solid experience with Python : Capable of data cleaning, analysis, and automation using relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).Expertise in Tableau : Demonstrated experience in creating compelling visualizations, dashboards, and stories.Proven experience in a data analysis role for 3-5 years.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications :
