Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical, intellectually curious, and adaptable individual to join our Zepto Cafe team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategy, data, and growth leveraging data to drive user activation, adoption, graduation and retention. You will play a key part in building growth loops, uncovering insights, and solving high-impact problems that directly influence our trajectory.

What You’ll Do

Dive deep into user behavior and funnel metrics to identify levers for activation,adoption, and retention.

4-6 years of experience in data analytics

Partner with product, marketing, and ops to design and execute high-impact growthexperiments.

Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that track KPIs and surface actionable insights.

Work with large datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI,Looker).

Analyze cohort data, churn drivers, and LTV to inform retention strategies.

Be responsible for uncovering insights around customer lifecycle management

Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and fast-changing business dynamics.

What We’re Looking For

Strong analytical chops – you love numbers, patterns, and finding stories in data.

Experience in growth, user lifecycle, or similar roles is a strong plus.

Mastery in SQL, Excel, and building dashboards.

Strong intellectual horsepower with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate clearly.

Bias for action – you thrive in ambiguity and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.

A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and adaptability in high-stakes environments.
