Job Description : Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer (aka, Einstein Analytics, EA, Tableau CRM , TCRM, Salesforce CRMA, Wave Analytics)

Location : Bengaluru

As part of our internal Salesforce practice the Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer will be contributing towards developing meaningful reports, dashboards, Data preparation in Salesforce CRM Analytics, which will support data driven decision making at all levels of the company.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer.
• Strong Data Analytical skills
• Hands on SAQL Query writing
• Experience in Developing Recipes, Dataflows, Lens, Dashboards.
• Experience in data security, Security Predicate, Permission sets, Profile.
• Experience in data integration : Integrate data from multiple sources into CRM analytics using data connectors and APIs. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from databases, data warehouses, cloud services, and other sources to enable comprehensive analysis and reporting.
• Experience in Performance Optimization : Optimize the performance of CRM Analytics dashboards and datasets to ensure fast response times and efficient use of resources. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, data processing issues, and dashboard design flaws.
• Excellent communication skills, equally comfortable with crafting emails as leading a whiteboard discussion with customers or delivering a technical presentation.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Lightning Pages, Data Modeling, SOQL.
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
