Business Development Associate

Job descriptionClient Interaction & Sales Support Conduct inbound and outbound communications with students and parents to help them with our services. Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other channels. Update and manage lead information in CRM or Excel databases. Convert warm leads into active enrollments. Schedule and coordinate student sessions, workshops, and webinars. Collaborate with vendors, counsellors, and partners as necessary. Assist the Founder in managing daily operations, follow-ups, and execution plans. Ensure effective communication across email, WhatsApp, and internal platforms. Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Communication, Psychology, or Education preferred) 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, operations, or related roles Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Familiarity with MS-office and G-suite Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently Warm personality with a deep sense of empathy for parents and students Work directly with the Founder and gain exposure to real-time strategic decisions Be part of a high-impact, purpose-driven startup creating impact in thousands of students life Learn the inner workings of global admissions and future skills development Access a creative, flexible work environment with mentorship, upskilling, and growth
