MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with at least 5 years of experience to join our engineering team. You will be instrumental in building efficient, scalable, and secure applications, ideally suited for professionals from early-stage startups or tech-first utility service providers.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Design UI / UX features with modern front-end libraries
Create and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Implement authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT)
Write clean, maintainable, and tested code
Work collaboratively with designers, developers, and QA teams
Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning
Manage Git repositories and participate in agile development

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field

Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end libraries

Familiarity with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud deployment practices

Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Passion for building user-centric solutions in the utility sector

Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is a plus
