Roles & Responsibilities

3-5 years hands-on experience in administration and maintenance of end user accounts, permissions and access rights.

• Strong hands-on experience with a majority of the following technologies (Active Directory, Mainframe, Unix, CA Identity Minder, SailPoint).
• Strong understanding of application access structures and request model etc.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory - Domains, group membership, account transfers and moves.
• Deep understanding of RACF, ACF2 systems and knowledge of Mainframe Security Administration.
• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft server operating systems.
• Exposure to user access management and access provisioning in SailPoint & CA-IDM (preferred).
• Solid understanding of Information Security and IT controls. And working in accordance with IT standard operating procedures. (preferred)
• Have experience with request management tools.
• Must be able to multi-task and set priorities
• Must have experience in a collaborative, multi-disciplined team environment.
• Must be able to manage working on an effort that involves collaboration across global teams
• Must have strong technical, analytical, interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
