Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound / outbound calls and assist US-based customers with flight bookings, changes, and queries.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow company processes.
- Upsell ancillary services (baggage, seats, insurance, hotels) where applicable.
