As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our 0-1 GTM growth. You'll spend your days immersed on multiple short form channels like TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, X & Linkedin, identifying trends, think about creating engaging content with Runable use-cases inside them, building relationships with creators, and producing content that captures millions of views. This role combines creative content thinking, creation with strategic influencer partnerships for our GTM.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing across platforms
- Find relevant content creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X & Linkedin across platforms
- Reach out to them using your personal social media accounts to build real connections
- Look for creators who have between 5K to 100K+ followers and create marketing content
Creator led GTM
Talk to creators about working together long-termNegotiate prices and partnership terms that work for both sidesKeep good relationships with creators to ensure they deliver content on timeCreative Thinker - Everyday virality is the MOAT
Work with creators to make engaging videos that show Runable's featuresFigure out what type of content gets the best response from their audienceGive creators feedback on what works and what doesn't workHelp creators understand how to present Runable in their videoSkills Required
Social Media Knowledge
