About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead / Principal Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of Opsolute—crafting the backend architecture, cloud integrations, and system foundations that will support every product experience we create.

This isn’t just an engineering role—it’s a chance to help define a new category, to architect for scale before scale happens, and to be the person the team turns to when reliability, performance, and clarity matter most.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build robust backend systems that power real-time data processing and intelligent automation across multi-cloud ecosystems.
• Own integrations across AWS, GCP, Azure, and SaaS platforms—building reusable connectors and secure access frameworks.
• Partner with product, security, and design teams to shape features from idea to execution.
• Help establish engineering culture, set standards for observability, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor developers, influence architecture decisions, and drive platform-first thinking across the company.

What We’re Looking For

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (required).

Experience : 6–10+ years of backend or software engineering experience, ideally in SaaS or infrastructure-focused environments.

Technical Expertise :

Cloud & Infrastructure :

Leadership : Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor other engineers. Experience driving architectural decisions and collaborating with stakeholders across teams.

Builder’s mindset : A builder with a passion for turning complexity into clarity, thriving in fast-moving environments and driven by precision.

Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and a passion for working cross-functionally with teams across engineering and non-technical domains.
