Software Requirement Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead the elicitation, analysis, and management of software requirements for complex powertrain systems, ensuring clarity, completeness, and consistency.
• Apply knowledge and working experience of ASPICE (v3.1) and the overall V-cycle development model to ensure process adherence and quality.
• Utilize Requirements Management tools such as DOORS, IBM Jazz, or PTC Integrity to effectively capture, trace, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define detailed technical specifications based on analyzed requirements.
• Integrate knowledge of AutoSAR standards and Diagnostics (including OBD) into requirements definition.
• Incorporate knowledge of Functional Safety for Automotive Domain, including ASIL Decomposition, into requirements to ensure safety-critical aspects are addressed.
• Maintain an overview of the testing process, particularly related to SWE.4, SWE.5, and SWE.6, to ensure testability of requirements.
• Leverage knowledge of E-Drive systems to define relevant requirements.
• Work effectively within an Agile methodology framework.
• Apply hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and use PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
