What you'll do
As a Performance & Business Management Analyst, youll be using multiple sources of information, such as customer insights, colleague feedback, markets insights and relevant business operational data to provide analysis.
Your responsibilities will include :
Financial and headcount reporting including monthly cost report checking, monthly forecasting, budget setting, cost control initiatives, business cases, provision of local analysis intelligence and commentaryPeople planning, including capability, engagement and communicationsEngaging and influencing stakeholders to make sure that the best outcomes are delivered for the businessDelivering recommendations and decisions required to improve business performanceReviewing relevant MI and providing ad-hoc analysis of dataCandidate with strong analytical and reporting capabilities to produce multiple performance review packs, an essential component in tracking and aligning with organizational goals. In addition, this role demands :Advanced Analytical and Reporting Skills - The incumbent must own the creation and detailed analysis of multiple performance packs, ensuring accuracy and insight. This demands advanced data analytics skills to support actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Professional Communication Expertise - Given that this role involves preparing communications for leaders, the candidate must possess a proficient level of written communication, enabling clear, concise, and professional messaging aligned with the organizations tone and expectations.Agility in Handling Ad-Hoc Requests - The candidate will frequently respond to urgent, ad-hoc requests, requiring adaptability and swift prioritization without compromising quality or deadlines.Enhanced leadership support - Assisting leaders in organizing meetings, event management & effectively communicating with other leadersThe skills you'll need
