Emeritus is hiring a Programme Leader in Social Media Influence with Emeritus in collaboration with MICA.

About MICA :

MICA (Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad) is India’s premier institute for Strategic Marketing and Communication. It has built a reputation for developing thought leaders and practitioners who shape the marketing and digital communication landscape across industries.

About the Programme :

The Social Marketing Influence programme by MICA and Emeritus is a 26-week online certification that helps learners understand the dynamics of digital influence. The course covers audience building, influencer marketing strategies, monetization techniques, storytelling, analytics, and personal branding. Participants will engage in weekly live sessions, assignments, and a capstone project to apply their learnings practically.

• Duration : 26 weeks
• Live Sessions : 26 sessions (90 minutes each)
• Assessment : 1 Capstone Assignment (tentative)

Position Overview :

We are inviting influencers and content creators to join as Programme Leaders for this course. The Programme Leader will conduct live sessions, share practical insights, and mentor learners on building and scaling their online presence.

Common Misconceptions About This Role :

🚫 This is not a full-time.

🚫 This does not involve building technology but rather teaching and mentoring professionals in Influence.

✅ It is a part-time , high-impact teaching and mentoring opportunity focused on practical, real-world learning , ideal for experienced professionals who are passionate about education.

Engagement Details :

1 live session per week (90 minutes)

Periodic office hours to support learner queries and provide mentorship

Assignment feedback and grading for selected submissions (as required)

All sessions will be conducted online via a virtual learning platform

Post-session recordings will be made available to participants

Coordination with the internal team for smooth session planning and feedback
