About The Role

As the Manager, Adobe Content Platforms , you will oversee and guide Sr. Associates responsible for delivering capabilities across the Adobe suite—including Adobe Assets, Adobe GenStudio, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Sites, and Creative Suite .

This role is pivotal in setting the vision and governance model for Adobe-based content platforms, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and scalability. You will partner with marketing, product, and digital technology teams to drive seamless, data-informed, and compliant digital content experiences that enable Amgen's enterprise marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Technical Leadership

• Define and execute the roadmap for Adobe content platforms, ensuring integration, scalability, and measurable business impact.
• Guide cross-capability alignment between Sr. Associates, product teams, and developers to drive unified Adobe platform execution.
• Establish standards and governance for Adobe Assets, GenStudio, and Workfront to enable compliant and efficient content creation and delivery.
• Use insights from Adobe Content Analytics and related tools to inform strategy, improve performance, and demonstrate ROI.
