Job Role : National Head – Collections

Location : Chennai (Full-time, On-site)

Role Overview :

The National Head – Collections will be responsible for leading and managing the organisation's collections operations across all regions. This role involves developing and implementing strategic collection frameworks, driving performance excellence, and ensuring adherence to all financial and regulatory policies. The incumbent will oversee regional collection teams, monitor key metrics, and continuously improve collection efficiency through data-driven insights and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, guide, and manage the national collections team to achieve targeted recovery goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective collection strategies and policies.
• Analyse collection data and trends to improve overall efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
• Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve escalated issues.
• Monitor team performance through defined KPIs and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Drive automation and technology adoption to enhance collection processes.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with customers, vendors, and key business partners.
