What You'll Do

As a

Senior Python Backend Developer (4–8 years of experience) , you’ll play a critical role in designing and scaling the backend systems that power our AI-driven automation products.

Design, build, and maintain

scalable backend systems

using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).

Develop

high-performance REST APIs

to support AI and automation workloads.

Deploy and manage backend services on

cloud platforms

(GCP, AWS, or Azure).

Build

CI / CD pipelines

for automated testing, building, and deployment using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

Containerize applications using

Docker

and manage environments efficiently.

Collaborate with

AI engineers and product teams

to integrate models and automate workflows.

Implement

robust monitoring, logging, and error handling

mechanisms.

Champion best practices in

performance optimization, scalability, and security .

What You'll Do

4–8 years

of professional backend development experience.

Strong command over

Python , with experience in

FastAPI, Flask, or Django .

Hands-on experience with

cloud deployments

(GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable).

Solid understanding of

Docker ,

CI / CD tools , and

version control (Git) .

Experience working with

SQL / NoSQL databases

(PostgreSQL, Firestore, MongoDB, etc.).

Familiarity with

microservices architecture

and

event-driven design .

Experience setting up

automated pipelines , including testing and staging environments.

Working knowledge of

APM tools

(Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring).

Good To Have

Experience with

Kubernetes ,

Cloud Run , or

App Engine .

Exposure to

AI / ML pipelines ,

vector databases

(Pinecone, Weaviate, MongoDB), or

LangChain / RAG

systems.

Experience building

internal developer platforms

or

DevOps tooling .

Prior

startup or small-team experience

where you owned delivery end-to-end.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Computer Science, Engineering , or equivalent practical experience.
