Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Engineer based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient, scalable, and secure software applications. Key tasks include designing back-end systems, implementing programming solutions, optimizing software performance, and collaborating with teams to innovate and maintain code quality. The candidate will also troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and concepts
• Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Team collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and knowledge of cybersecurity is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of Agile development processes is advantageous
