Tramp India is a growing travel brand delivering seamless travel experiences, curated itineraries, and exceptional service to explorers across India. We are expanding our internal sales team and are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable travel sales executive to join our office team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound travel queries through calls, Whats App, emails, and social platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable domestic packages (special focus on Himachal, Kashmir, Meghalaya, Goa, Uttarakhand, etc.).
• Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client needs.
• Convert leads to bookings while maintaining strong follow-ups.
• Coordinate with operations, hotel partners, transport team, and vendors for pricing and confirmations.
• Maintain CRM entries, lead pipeline, communication logs, and booking details accurately.
• Maintain relationships with repeat clients and ensure smooth post-booking service.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
