Statistician

We run a recruitment agency and help our clients hire top 1% talent.

We are looking for a Statistician to write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI.

Overview

Pay – $50-$70 per hour

Flexible workload : 10–20 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours

Fully remote and asynchronous—work on your own schedule

Minimum duration : 1–2 months, with potential for extension

Your expertise in statistical modeling, inference, probability, experimental design, and data interpretation will ensure each prompt and response is analytically rigorous and educationally sound. We welcome statisticians from academic, governmental, healthcare, or industry backgrounds to help create training materials that reflect real-world data challenges and methodology. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your statistical judgment to shape how advanced AI models interpret and generate quantitative insights.

You are a good fit if you :

• Have over 3+ years of industry or academic experience applying statistics in real-world scenarios.
• Have a bachelor's degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field.
• Have a strong background in one or more of the following areas : descriptive and inferential statistics, hypothesis testing and confidence intervals, linear and generalized linear models, survey sampling and experimental design, or multivariate analysis / Bayesian inference / survival analysis
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a strong attention to detail
