Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and driven MBA graduates preferably with a specialization in Sales & Marketing to join our Account Management team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have a passion for client servicing and business growth, and want to build a career in managing strategic business accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage end-to-end client relationships
  • Understand client needs, business goals, and provide tailored solutions and services
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery, operations, marketing) to ensure client expectations are met
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present account status reports, performance metrics, and business reviews
  • Assist in developing client retention strategies and upselling opportunities
  • Handle queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Desired Candidate

  • MBA fresher with specialization in Sales & Marketing from Tier 1 College
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for customer engagement, relationship management, and solution-based selling
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and business etiquette
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
