Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and driven MBA graduates preferably with a specialization in Sales & Marketing to join our Account Management team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have a passion for client servicing and business growth, and want to build a career in managing strategic business accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage end-to-end client relationships
- Understand client needs, business goals, and provide tailored solutions and services
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery, operations, marketing) to ensure client expectations are met
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present account status reports, performance metrics, and business reviews
- Assist in developing client retention strategies and upselling opportunities
- Handle queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
