4–8 years of experience in digital marketing for HRMS or HCM - related SaaS products.
- Convert marketing strategy into an actionable marketing calendar within the stipulated budget, prioritizing activities that accelerate Trial-to-Paid Conversion.
- Apply multi-channel digital marketing experience, focusing on B2B SaaS products across the “Awareness to Advocacy” lifecycle, with a keen focus on logo acquisitions and Cost of Acquisition (CoCA).
- Possess expertise in using digital marketing tools like automation platforms, email tools, social media properties, and advanced analytics, integrating them into automated workflows.
- Execute marketing programs by seamlessly collaborating with the shared services team (Content, Graphics, Data, Web Tech).
- Maintain Accountability for Demo Signups (where applicable) and the final Logo Acquisition volume for Product.
- Be highly Data and Analytics savvy to track funnel performance, drop-off points, and run continuous optimization experiments.
Proven accountability for achieving logo acquisition targets and a demonstrated obsession with optimizing the Cost of Customer Acquisition (CoCA).
Expert-level proficiency in setting up and managing end-to-end campaigns within a full MarTech Stack (MAP, CRM, Analytics, Paid Platforms like Google Ads / LinkedIn).Must-Have Skills
Expert in SaaS product marketing with full cycle marketing experience (Aware ->Advocate / Discover ->
Delight).
