Job Title : Strategic Partnerships Manager
NxtWave is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing corporate partners for internships, workshops, expert talks, and more for our students.
They will work cross-functionally to drive impactful collaborations that enhance student learning and career opportunities. The role also involves strengthening NxtWave’s brand as the preferred partner for industry-led tech upskilling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard corporates for internships, placements, workshops, hackathons, podcasts, expert talks, and other collaborations.
- Develop compelling presentations and proposals that communicate the value propositions of NxtWave’s products and offerings to potential partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders to execute partnership programs and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring they see value and impact from their engagement with NxtWave.
- Track, report, and optimize the impact of partnerships on student learning, placement opportunities, and brand building.
- Support the planning and execution of campus events, hiring drives, hackathons, or expert sessions on-campus and virtually.
- Help build and scale NxtWave’s brand as the go-to partner for industry collaboration in tech upskilling.
Qualifications :
Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems and B2B dynamics, particularly across corporate partners, with the ability to drive impactful collaborations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and leveraging Generative AI tools to create professional and visually compelling proposals.Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.Personal Attributes :
