- 7 years of relevant experience in Business analysis and system analysis.
- This is a business analyst role with the combination of data analysis, system analysis and business analysis.
- Good to have candidates who have already worked with international clients.
- Good to have candidates with Fintech experience.
- Excellent in Communication
7+ years of total experience, with a strong focus on business analysis and system analysis in financial services or related sectors.
Cross -functional Collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
Understanding user needs and collaboration with merchant lifecycle experiences and platform teams
Executing data queries and maintaining funnel dashboards for post go live measurement
Maintaining Merchant Onboarding and Lifecycle Documentation
Writing EPICs and User Stories with Acceptance Criteria
Writing / Reviewing PRDs
Prioritization using an objective analytical framework
Conflict management and resolution
