We are seeking an Associate Engineer-Desktop Support to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our end-users, ensuring optimal performance of desktop systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and applications.
• Assist users with software applications and operating system issues.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks including updates and backups.
• Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and solutions.
• Train users on new software and hardware technologies.

Education

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Diploma, Master in Computer Management (M.C.M)
