• HR-ABAP consultant with 4+ years experience working in developments for modules like Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, ESS / MSS
• Creation of custom Info types - Module pool programming.
• Enhancement of standard Info types
• Development of HR Forms - ADOBE Forms
• Development of HR reports using LDB
• Development of HR workflows
• Development of dynamic actions for mail triggering
• Should be good in time management business process (Usage of CAT2, CAT6, PT60 and PT66 transactions).
• Must Have good knowledge on payroll cycles, pay results functionality.
• Expected to prepare Technical Documentation of project ,
• Reviewer of Technical object development objects prepared by peers,
• Expert in Bug fixing ability to provide feasible solution to functional team during custom solution finalization
• Knowledge on SAP UI5 and HANA platform will be added advantage
• Responsible for Quality delivery of technical objects
• Practical knowledge of common business processes.
• Strong Debugging Skills.
• Good understanding of the Business Requirements and ability to translate them to Solution Implementation and Deliverables.
• Should have been involved in at least 3 implementation projects.
