Vish Gyana Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Agile Project Manager with 5 to 8 years of proven experience in leading software development projects using Agile frameworks.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery, facilitate agile ceremonies, ensure stakeholder alignment, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple Agile projects from initiation to delivery.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Maintain project documentation including sprint reports, velocity tracking, and status updates.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across departments and clients.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and coach teams on Agile adoption and maturity.
• Track project performance, analyze metrics, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth release management.
