What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will play a key role in supporting Amgens global P2P processes and systems at our Technology and Innovation hub at Amgen India. The P2P Product Team Senior Associate is responsible for partnering with the Global P2P Product Team Owners to understand business requirements, support issue resolution, and drive improvements in P2P processes and systems. This individual will interact with key team members across the Global P2P organization and will report into the P2P Amgen India Service Owner Lead. This role will be based in Hyderabad, India.

• Responsible for working closely with P2P Product Owners and other key P2P team members to identify process improvements and / or system enhancements to drive alignments and efficiencies across the P2P lifecycle
• Support system design discussions with key P2P team members and the Amgen IT function
• Draft test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Implement and document the results of UAT in Amgens testing system of record (ALM)
• Participate, and where appropriate, advise in conversations with key P2P team members and Amgen IT around standard methodologies related to certain P2P systems / processes
