Youll be responsible for leading Taleo configuration and enhancement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving scalable HR system improvements. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and love solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Taleo configuration, design, and deployment across enterprise systems
• Manage integrations and troubleshoot Tier 2 / Tier 3 issues
• Support new Taleo initiatives and code migrations between environments
• Partner with HR, IT, and other teams to enhance user experience and efficiency
