Shift Engineer MEP

Job description

Execute daily operations and maintenance activities in adherence to aviation industry standards and safety protocols

Conduct routine inspections and assessments of aviation systems and equipment to identify and address potential issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational disruptions in a timely manner

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and longevity of aviation infrastructure

Oversee the deployment of maintenance personnel and resources to optimize operational efficiency

Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and modifications, ensuring minimal impact on ongoing operations

Adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards to uphold the safety and security of aviation facilities

Provide technical guidance and support to junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development

Document all maintenance activities, including reports, logs, and inspection records, to maintain a comprehensive operational history

Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to recommend innovative solutions for operational enhancements

Daily update the complaints in portal or any advance software as per requirements

Liaoning with AOCC, Apron control, Safety team, user departments, Airlines, GSAs for smooth functioning and compliance adherence

Decision making and problem solving with various service providers to avoid downtime

Education Qualification :

Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil, Instrumentation, Electronics & Telecommunication or related field

Experience :

5-10 years of experience in aviation industry operations and maintenance

Locations : Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
