Job Summary :
The Head of Franchisee Account Management will play a pivotal role in overseeing the relationships with our franchisees, ensuring their satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability. This position requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of franchise operations, and a proven track record in account management within a franchising or related environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Franchisee Account Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective communication, relationship management, and performance.
- Develop and implement strategic account management plans to foster strong partnerships with franchisees, drive mutual growth, and maximize franchisee satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for franchisee concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships and uphold brand standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as operations, marketing, finance, and legal to align strategies and initiatives that support franchisee success and company objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to assess performance, provide strategic guidance, and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
- Oversee the design and implementation of training programs, resources, and support materials for franchisees to enhance their operational capabilities and ensure consistency across locations.
- Analyze franchisee performance data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to develop actionable insights and recommendations for continuously improving account management strategies.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to proactively identify opportunities and challenges for the franchise network.
- Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, legal requirements, and brand standards across all franchisee accounts.
Qualifications :
Bachelors + Tier 1 MBAMinimum of 4+ years of experience in franchise operations, account management, or a similar role within the franchising industry.Willingness to travel occasionally as needed to visit franchise locations.Strong understanding of franchise operations, financial management, and business development strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Willingness to travel occasionally as needed to visit franchise locations
